Objectivos

This course is designed for delegates who have already passed the Foundation exam or who have completed a Foundation Course and are ready to sit the Foundation exam. The course covers the PRINCE2 method building on Foundation knowledge and progressing to Practitioner Level.

Attendance on this workshop will enable delegates to:
 

• Develop their understanding of the PRINCE2 Components, Processes, Products and Techniques
• Have the confidence and competence to practice the method in a live project environment
• Comprehend the practical application issues in using and tailoring PRINCE2
