OUTDOOR AND TEAM BUILDING FACILITATORS (M/F) PART-TIME, LISBON OR OPORTO REF. OTBF

Location: Lisbon or Oporto (travel may be required)

Purpose: We provide effective outdoor workshops/activities that really assist our clients to develop their team dynamics. And we are looking for Outdoor and Team Building Facilitators with broad and varied experience, capabilities and expertise to work together the company’s outdoor corporate services.

This role will suit someone who has experience in team building, who loves being creative and enjoys working with people to develop their needs. Ideally you will be driven to be successful and win!

Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver our teambuilding programs on all levels to suit all clients;
- Understanding the client’s needs;
- Identify business opportunities;
- Partnership from project conception to execution to resolution;
- Conduct and lead the team of facilitators of our team building events.

Requirements:
- Outstanding English communication written and verbal a MUST;
- Experience in establishing corporate team building events a MUST;
- Energy and enthusiasm;
- Strong drive for success and creativity;
- Focused and committed to work you every step of the way.
