CERTIFICATION PROGRAM
This program is offered to build capability with impact and ROI analysis for the Human Resources and Learning and Development Community. At the conclusion of this process participants will become certified ROI professionals, a professional designation that reflects the acquisition of critical skills needed to show the value, impact and including ROI on various projects and programs. The certification will be conducted in 4 phases:
    - Phase I – Pre-Work
    - Phase II – 5-Day session (ROI Certification) – LISBON, MARCH 26 – 30, 2012
    - Phase III – Project Completion (ROI Certification)
    - Phase IV – CRP Designation

Facilitated by Jack Phillips, Ph.D. and Patti Phillips, Ph.D., the ROI Methodology five-day Certification Workshop provides a practical measurement experience. Both facilitators have authored over 50 books on the subject of accountability and ROI and are world-renowned experts in the field of measurement and evaluation.
